At kind. we strive to provide the best experience for all of our clients. We understand that sometimes things come up, and plans may change. However, due to the high demand for our services and the time we dedicate to each client, we have established the following policies in place:
Cancellation Policy
Your appointments are very important to us. Time allocated for an appointment is reserved especially for you. We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore, we respectfully request at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling of appointments.
Less than 24 hours’ notice will result in a charge equal to 50% of the reserved service amount.
No Shows will be charged 100% of the reserved service amount.
Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services. As a courtesy, your appointments are confirmed electronically 48 hours in advance.
However, if we are unable to reach you and cannot confirm your appointment, please understand that it is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times to avoid late arrivals, missed appointments, and the cancellation fee.
Late Arrivals
Anything more than 5 mins late will be accommodated if possible but we reserve the right to collect payment and reschedule for a convenient time.
